What We Collect
We collect your account email and display name when you register. We store the conversations and file attachments you send through AROai, along with usage metadata (message counts, timestamps, plan tier) needed to operate the service.
How We Use Your Data
Your data is used solely to deliver and improve the AROai service: routing messages to AI providers, enforcing quotas, billing, and providing support. We do not sell your data or use it to train AI models.
Third-Party Processors
We share data with the following processors under contract: OpenRouter (AI request routing), Stripe and FIB (payment processing), and Resend (transactional email). Each processor receives only the data necessary for their function.
Data Retention
Your account data and conversation history are retained for as long as your account is active. You can delete individual conversations at any time. When you close your account, your personal data is deleted within 30 days.
Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, and delete your personal data. You can export a copy of your data at any time from Settings. To exercise any other right or for questions about your data, contact us at the address below.
Security
API keys you add are encrypted at rest and only the last four characters are ever shown. Connections to AROai are secured with TLS. We apply industry-standard security practices and review them regularly.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by a notice in the application before the change takes effect.
