The Service
AROai is an AI chat platform that provides access to multiple large language models through a single workspace. By using AROai you agree to these terms.
Acceptable Use
You may not use AROai to generate content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, or that infringes third-party rights. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Plans and Payments
AROai offers free and paid plans. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe or FIB. Credit top-ups are non-refundable prepaid balances. You can cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.
Bring Your Own Key (BYOK)
You may add your own provider API keys. Usage sent with your own keys does not count against your plan message quota. You are responsible for the security of keys you provide.
Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. AI model availability depends on third-party providers and may change without notice.
Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of content you submit to AROai. We do not claim any rights over your conversations or files. You grant us a limited licence to process your content solely to deliver the service.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AROai's liability for any claim arising from use of the service is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate — always verify critical information.
